2024: A Year of Calcinatio
It has been a year.
The best I can say is that I hope it’s a year I reminisce fondly over in future years. I like to imagine myself nostalgic for this year; I hope I tell stories of it as my time in the desert or as a rebirth or something similarly sublime. I said it in March and I’ll echo it a thousand times over in December: 2024 has been rough.
